She was able to send someone out within a day to measure for us. The installers, Dave & Mike were very professional and did a great job. They both went above and beyond with the installation. Fantastic experience with Columbia Rug, from our first day in the door until the installation was complete. Brenda was very helpful and helped us narrow down our choices (and was very patient, too!). The two gentlemen who completed the installation were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up each day of the multi-day project, arrived as promised each day, and were very careful with our furniture when they had to move it.
